La Rioja Governor's Faction Rejects Electoral Board Decision

The faction led by the governor of La Rioja rejects the decision of the party's Electoral Board regarding the non-officialization of their list "Federales". From the provincial leader's sector, it was stated that the decision was based on incorrect and out-of-term arguments. In a message published on the official account of 'Federales, a cry from the heart', they demanded transparency and respect for democratic rights in the process.

Additionally, the representatives Daniel Llermanos, Jorge Yoma, and Sandra Vanni presented a document to the Electoral Board to request a prompt response regarding Quintela's candidacy. The PJ Electoral Board had rejected the governor's list for lacking the required number of endorsements, granting a 24-hour period to complete the missing documentation and correct digital records.

According to the press release from the party board, the list 'Federales, a cry from the heart' did not meet the requirement of 2% of the registered members (equivalent to 62,465 people). The sector led by Governor Quintela expressed its dissatisfaction with the Electoral Board's decision and considered that it was based on incorrect arguments and presented out of time.
